For cart manufacturers

Ship a cart that is already connected.

You build the hardware. We run the platform underneath it: provisioning, apps, monitoring, billing, onboarding, and support. Your carts arrive online, and you sell them for more.

Your Brand
Powered by Cart IoT

Your cart. Your name on it. A connected platform you did not have to build.

The arrangement

Three parts, and none of them overlap.

Youbuild the hardware
  • Design and build your own module
  • Or buy CHARGER SAFETY from us and skip it
  • Assemble and ship the vehicle
  • Hardware warranty and RMA
  • Set your own cart pricing
Cart IoTruns the platform
  • Firmware, signed and delivered
  • Provisioning on your assembly line
  • Apps, cloud, and OTA updates for life
  • Customer accounts, billing, and refunds
  • Connectivity support, first line
The resulta better cart to sell
  • Connected carts command a higher price
  • No software team to staff
  • No support queue to run
  • Capability that grows after the sale
  • That margin is entirely yours
The customer experience

The app is part of your cart.

Your buyer opens it every day and your name is on it. A connected cart is the clearest difference you can put between your product and the one parked beside it, and unlike a bigger battery or a better seat, it is a difference that keeps growing after the sale.

Your brand, front and center

Your logo, your colors, and your cart artwork on every vehicle you build. Your dealer surfaced for service. On the hardware, your enclosure and your marking.

A cart that improves after the sale

New capability arrives over the air. The cart someone buys in March is a better cart in September. No one else in this category can make that claim.

Software capability, no software team

Apps, cloud, release engineering, and app store review are ours to carry. You ship vehicles. We ship code.

The support calls you do not want

Accounts, payments, and connectivity questions come to us instead of your dealers. You keep hardware warranty and RMA, where you belong.

Prefer a dedicated app under your own App Store listing? That is available as a scoped engagement. Most partners find in-app branding does the job at a fraction of the cost.

Engineering services

However much help you actually want.

Some partners take a spec and an API key and disappear for six weeks. Others want us in the room. Both are fine. Every service below is available on its own or as part of a full integration, delivered by U.S.-based engineers.

Electrical integration design

Schematic and layout review, power and sensing design, and connector strategy for your module inside your vehicle.

Firmware development

From porting our stack onto your board to writing the whole thing. Signed images, secure boot, and OTA from day one.

Regulatory certification

FCC Part 15 test planning, lab coordination, and documentation. We have taken our own hardware through it.

App and backend work

Custom surfaces, dealer tooling, and data integrations into the systems you already run.

Forward deployed engineer

An engineer assigned to your integration, virtual or on-site at your facility, for as long as the program needs one.

Line programming station

We deliver a station that flashes signed firmware and provisions identity on your assembly line. Carts leave the building ready.

How a program runs

Seven steps, in this order.

Timelines depend on how much of the hardware already exists and how much you want us to build. The sequence does not change.

01

Fit call

Your product, your volumes, and what connected needs to mean for your buyer.

02

Integration plan

A written scope: hardware approach, services you want, certification path, and commercial terms.

03

Electrical and firmware design

Module design or review, firmware port, and the first units talking to the platform on your bench.

04

Certification

FCC testing and documentation, with the paperwork filed correctly the first time.

05

Pilot build

A small run of real carts in real hands, monitored closely, with fixes shipped over the air.

06

Line integration

Programming station installed, operators trained, and provisioning running at production rate.

07

Launch and beyond

Dealer and customer onboarding live, and every device in the field kept current by OTA for as long as it exists.

Commercial model

Plain enough to explain in one meeting.

Engineering, paid as NRE

Design, firmware, certification, and FDE work are quoted per program and paid as you go. No surprises, no hourly drip.

Subscription, held by us

We own the connected subscription and everything that comes with it: billing, refunds, onboarding, and support. You carry none of that operation.

Data access, annual

Want your own fleet's telemetry in your systems? An annual data access agreement puts it there through the API.

Your return is in the cart. A connected vehicle sells for more than one that is not, and that margin is entirely yours. We would rather be paid to run the platform well for the next ten years than take a cut of your hardware.

Who owns what

Written down before anyone needs it.
