The Cart IoT app lets you monitor and control your CHARGER SAFETY device from your iPhone or iPad. You can view real-time charging status, receive safety alerts, and manage your device settings — all from your phone.
Make sure your CHARGER SAFETY device is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi. Open the app, go to Settings, and try re-linking your device. If the issue persists, use the form above to contact our support team.
Check that notifications are enabled for the Cart IoT app in your iPhone's Settings > Notifications. Also verify that alerts are turned on within the app itself. If you're still not receiving alerts, contact us using the form on this page.
The $10/month per vehicle fee covers your connection to the Cart IoT Cloud platform — including real-time data, push notifications, historical charging logs, and automatic firmware updates for your CHARGER SAFETY device. This is a service fee for platform access tied to your physical hardware, and is managed outside of the App Store. To make changes to your plan, contact your dealer or reach out to us directly using the form on this page.

Currently, the Cart IoT app is available exclusively on iOS (iPhone and iPad). Android availability may be added in the future.
Updates are delivered through the App Store. Open the App Store, go to your profile, and check for available updates. We recommend keeping the app updated to receive the latest features and security improvements.
